Please Note: All listed prices are per engineer per hour. Any additional parts or materials required will be charged separately. Emergency rates will apply from 4:30 PM onwards or when a pre-booked appointment has not been made (emergency appointments). Bank holiday rates will be applied to any appointments or emergencies occurring on UK bank holidays. VAT may be applicable where relevant.

  • Bank Holidays: £1497 + VAT, after the 3rd hour £499 + VAT per hour
  • Fixed Price Leak Detection: £995 + VAT This fixed price applies strictly to domestic residential properties only. It covers identification of a water leak within the property and up to 10 metres from the external water source (e.g. water meter or borehole). This includes standard leak detection procedures and specialist equipment. Repairs and reinstatement are not included.
  • External Water Mains Over 10 Metres: Leak detection involving external supply runs exceeding 10 metres from the water source will be charged at our hourly rates.
  • Tracer Gas (If Required): £48.00 + VAT per additional half bottle This charge is for the supply and use of tracer gas only. It is not a tracing labour charge. If tracer gas is required to assist with locating the leak, the cost of the gas used will be added to the fixed price.

  • Out of Hours / Emergency: Call out: £780 + VAT, after the 3rd hour £260 + VAT per hour

  • Christmas Day: £2100 + VAT, after the 3rd hour £700 + VAT per hour

  • Bank Holidays: £1497 + VAT, after the 3rd hour £499 + VAT per hour

Note: A Leak Detection Report incurs an additional charge of £130 + VAT per hour for report preparation.
